For nearly three decades the Stroke & Stride has provided swimrun events that are achievable for competent swimmers and runners while at the same time offering excellent competition for the top athletes.
New Zealand’s most popular swimrun event starts with a sea swim in the Waitemata Harbour followed by a road run on the waterfront allowing participants to enjoy a regular form of healthy, outdoor exercise and make the most of the city’s magnificent harbour and beaches.
