Tai Tapu Playcentre Women's Duathlon

Short course 4km run/walk + 7km bike and long course 7km run+ 15km bike.
Both courses can be entered either as a team of two $40 per team or as individuals $30 each.
This event is in its 9th year and is run as a fundraiser for the local playcentre. It is an event designed for novices and first times - participation is the goal. A family fun event with bouncy castle, face painting, foodstalls and loads of spot prizes. This year the organisers are also offering weekly training sessions every Saturday leading up to the event with Kate Lugtigheid from pumped personal training. These sessions are just $5 each.
