The third race in the series is held in Twyford with three distance options:
- Peak Fitness Short Course: 1.6km run / 14km bike / 1.6km run
- Horleys Middle Course: 4km run / 21km bike / 1.6km run
- The Hits Long Course: 4km run / 21km bike / 4km run
