The TriAbility Triathlon welcomes all levels of competitors, from first-timers to seasoned veterans of the multi-sport. This triathlon is for disabled and non-disabled alike.
This event is ideal for those wanting to make healthy lifestyle choices or wanting to build their confidence before entering other national events.
There are two distances available, the Super Sprint Distance with a 300m swim, 9km cycle, and a 3km run; and the Super Sonic Distance of 20m swim (paddle, splash, walk), 400m cycle and a 120m run. The Super Sonic distance is perfect for children entering with an adult (a must) or for the absolute beginner.
